Janette Moy will be returning to La Serranía to offer a week of yoga and meditation, together with hikes in the local countryside and a lot of fun. It’s a great week for getting into shape and making the transition from summer to autumn.

The schedule for the week looks like this…

Saturday - arrive in time for a pre-dinner yoga class.

Sunday - visit the Pollensa market after breakfast, then return for lunch and a peaceful afternoon at La Serranía.

Monday - an early morning walk before breakfast and then relax by the pool before a breathing and meditation session in the late afternoon

Tuesday – a day to concentrate on yoga, with classes in the morning and late afternoon

Wednesday - we’ll have an early breakfast and take a longer walk in the mountains (4-5 hours) with a picnic lunch and a swim in the sea before returning for a deep relaxation session with Janette

Thursday – another yoga day, with classes in the morning and late afternoon

Friday - an early morning walk before breakfast and then relax by the pool before a meditation and chanting session in the late afternoon

Saturday depart after breakfast

Delicious, healthy cooking at La Serranía is another of this week’s pleasures.
