A week to get yourself into great shape and enjoy some sunny and mild weather. A combination of peaceful exercise at La Serranía and more energetic excursions in the mountains, perfect for body and mind.

On three of the days, we will be offering morning and afternoon yoga classes – six classes in total, each one lasting 90 minutes.

On the other days, you can trek through the Sierra Tramontana mountains with a professional guide and appreciate the natural beauty of Mallorca. The walks last for about 5 hours each, including a break for a nourishing picnic lunch, and are chosen according to the ability of the group.

This is an ideal time for walking in the mountains of Mallorca.  Temperatures are mild, the countryside is full of colour and, if you come in early February, the almond trees will be in full blossom.

Back at La Serranía, delicious and healthy meals await you each day and, if you like, you can round out the week with a relaxing massage (not included).
