A week to get yourself into great shape and take in some last autumn sun before the winter comes. A combination of peaceful exercise at La Serranía and more energetic excursions in the mountains, perfect for body and mind. On three of the days, Kathrina Cardamis will teach morning and afternoon yoga classes – six classes in total. The morning classes are based on vinyasa and ashtanga styles; afternoon classes are more restorative; all classes last 75 minutes each.
On the other days, you can trek through the Sierra Tramontana mountains with a professional guide and appreciate the natural beauty of Mallorca. The walks last for about 5 hours each, including a break for a nourishing picnic lunch, and are chosen according to the ability of the group. This is an ideal time for walking in the mountains of Mallorca. The stress of summer is over, temperatures are mild and the countryside is full of colour. Back at La Serranía, delicious and healthy meals await you each day and, if you like, you can round out the week with a relaxing Thai massage (not included).
