On this beautiful quiet and peaceful place in Mallorca we will have the opportunity to dive deeper into the realms of Yoga, to learn about the possible tools for an individual practice that will meet the needs of every person.

Techniques to cleanse, rejunivate and strenghtening the body, pranayama and meditation to train and quiet the mind will make this an unique experience for everyone, while indulging in a wonderful surrounding, excuisite food and time to relax (Massages) or to read a book. There is also the possibility to explore the island in the afternoon.

Nathalie Nobs (Zürich, CH)

To balance her busy life as a Hair& Makeup Artist in Paris, Nathalie started to practice Yoga in 1998. Having had a lifelong practice as a dancer, she was immediately fascinated of the deep effect Yoga had on her, not only in enhancing her dance practice but also to deepen the understanding of the body connection, she started to feel trough the breathwork.
It was something worth exploring, so after a long period of Asthanga Practice in Sydney and Paris, she decided to engage in a 4 year Teacher education in Hatha-Yoga at Doris Echlins Yoga-Academy in Switzerland and Germany. Nathalie is a Member of the BDY/EYU Germany.

Her classes are passionate about all the aspects of Yoga and despite the strong Asanapractice her heart lies in the work of pranayama.

“My wish for a class I am teaching is for every person to find the connection to the innermost Self through bodywork and breath. I believe this happens easier over relaxation than over hypertension in stengthenous asana. This is the reason I do encourage the student to find that easy flow of breath even through a strong asanapractise. This is very individual for every person, and there lies the chance to find the connection to the intuitive Self .
To be free, at least for some time of the repetitive mind circus which hinders us to experience the connection to the higher Source. When the body relaxes there is a chance to be reminded of the blissful state that is our true nature.”
